Bl Adam of Adami was a Franciscan friar and preacher who lived in the monastery of Fermo in Italy. Legend has it that when he preached outdoors he ordered the birds to remain silent, and they would do it.
Once he got lost in a forest, he met a wolf; he asked it to lead him to his original destination, and it did. He died in 1286 AD in the Franciscan Monastery of Fermo, Italy, of natural causes.
