Blessed’s Biography
Blessed Bernardo de Plano was a French Mercedarian, involved in the ransoming of Christians enslaved by Muslims In 1415. Bernardo was elected Master General of the Order on 3 November 1417. He died on January 12, 1419, at the monastery of San Martino, Perpignan, France of natural causes.
