Blessed Lucien baptized at fifteen in 1918 and was the eldest of nine children. From 1922 to 1927, she studied at Saint Joseph College College and became a teacher school. On October 10, 1930, Blessed Lucien married Suzanna Soazana. They were parents to five kids, including the child she was carrying when he died.
Lucien joined the Heart Attack of Jesus on 18 August 1935 and served as a treasure treasury from 1936 to 1947. Lucien spoke Chinese, German and French, had a good singing voice, becoming a singer and director of his parish choir. He was a kind man attracted to religious life. He looked for things on the saints who married marriage to learn to combine two ways of life. Lucien feared that he would leave his wife to leave her for the monastery.
Lucien joined the Franciscans of the United States in 1940 and found his spiritual home. He was passionate about spreading the dedication of Saint Francis of Assisi and the spiritual benefits of Franciscan. Lucien opted to fast and wear a khaki shirt and t-shirt instead of traditional teacher white.
In 1947 some local people wanted him to run for a political office, but Lucien refused to say that he knew nothing of politics. In the spring of 1947, the persecution of the Christians began in his region with the priests and the sisters, and then Christians were randomly murdered by their faith.
Arrest and Death
On April 14, 1947, he learned that the anti-Christian forces would come; Lucien refused to run and instead spent all day with his wife and children. He was arrested that night, sentenced and judged by the local authorities, and was killed. His guards and murderers were people who had taught them when they were schoolboys.
