Blessed Lucrecia García Solanas, a lay woman in the archdiocese of Barcelona, Spain. Married to José Gaudí Negre on October 9, 1910; It is not known that they had children. Widowed in 1926, she moved to the convent of the Minim nuns in Barcelona, Spain, where she continued her spirituality and prayer life without a vow. Kidnapped, tortured and tortured with her sister and eight others by Communist forces in the Spanish Civil War.
