Blessed’s Biography
Bl. Thomas was born in Tolentino around 1250 in Italy. He entered the priesthood at a young age, he was among the most vocal supporters of the ideal for the poor. He was imprisoned twice. The king of Armenia, Heitung II, charged him with various embassies in Europe to the Pope and the king of France.
Death
Thomas was beheaded in 1322 at Thana, Hindustan in India.
