Blessed Thomas Redyng was a Carthusian choir monk of the Charterhouse in London, England. He was murdered for refusing to accept King Henry VIII as head of the Church. Bl. Thomas Redyng was starved to death on June 16 1537 in Newgate Prison, London, England.
