Biography
St Abraham of Harran was a Syrian hermit. He had the hope of bringing faith at Mount Lebanon. Abraham set up a shop to sell fruits where people were willing to buy his fruits but abused him when he started preaching to them.
Finally, he had one reason to convince them and that was by borrowing money to pay their taxes keeping them out of prison and showing that its the grace of Christians.
He then paid their taxes and taught them for three years before finding a priest who could minister to them then he made a return to solitude. Abraham was later chosen the Bishop of Harran in Mesopotamia.
