St Ambrose of Alexandria Biography
St Ambrose was born in the Late 2nd century. He was a rich nobleman of Alexandria, Egypt. Ambrose was the friend and financial supporter of Origen. He was imprisoned for his faith in the persecutions of Maximinus but survived. He was also a confessor of the faith.
