St. Anstrudis of Laon Biography
St. Anstrudis of Laon was the Little girl of Saint Blandinus of Laon and Saint Sadalberga; sister of Saint Baldwin. At the point when Sadalberga pulled back from the world to progress toward becoming abbess at Saint John the Baptist religious community at Laon, France, Anstrudis went with her as a pious devotee.
On the demise of her mom, Anstrudis reluctantly progressed toward becoming abbess of the cloister. Noted for her consideration for her sisters, her throughout the night vigils, and her purposeful severities. Ebroin, civic chairman of the royal residence, violently oppressed the Church of the day, and had her sibling killed. He undermined Anstudis, however her basic confidence prevailed upon him.
