St. John Osorinus Biography
St. John Osorinus was also known as John of Trau. He was a hermit at the Camaldolese monastery at Ossero on the island of Cres. John served as the first bishop of Trogir, Croatia in 1070 AD. He also helped defend the city from King Coloman of Hungary.
