Saint’s Biography
Saint Theodore Trichinas was born into a wealthy yet pious family in Constantinople. At a young age, he was attracted to the life of a monk, so he left his home, family, and former life to enter a monastery in Thrace. Having given away all he had to the poor he dressed in a rough hair garment all his life.
St. Theodore Trichinas Death
God granted him the gift of working miracles, both in his lifetime and after his death, and he died peacefully in about 400. His memorial is on April 20.
