St. Austrebertha of Pavilly Biography
St. Austrebertha of Pavilly was the daughter of Saint Framechildis and the Count Badefrid. Her parents had arranged a marriage for her but she withdrew to religious life. Austrebertha became a Benedictine nun and received a veil from Saint Omer at Abbeville of France.
She became an abbess at Jumieges and a miracle worker and visionary. At a point in her early life, she got a foreshadow of her life.
