St. Celina of Meaux Biography
St. Celina of Meaux was destined to nobility. She was attracted to religious life; this longing was heightened when she met Saint Genevieve. Her life partner restricted the decision.
Celina fled to the neighbourhood house of prayer with Saint Genevieve; its entryways opened to concede them, shut behind them, and couldn’t be opened again until the life partner and Celina’s family consented to her decision.
She spent an incredible remainder as a devout religious woman given to works of philanthropy.
