Holy Connat (Comnat, Comnatan, Comnantan) lived in the 500’s in Ireland. She was the abbot of the Holy Brigida of Ireland ‘s (Brighid of Kildare) (about 452-525) monastery in Kildare. Nothing is known about her life. She died around 590 and her memorial day is January 1 in the Donegal martyrology.
