Saint’s Biography
Saint Judith of Prussia came from a noble family in Thuringia, Germany. Her husband died during a pilgrimage to the Holy Land. After all the children had been well taken care of, she became a poor pilgrim and walked to Prussia, where she settled down as a hermitess in the territory of the Teutonic Knights, whose grand-master was a relative. There Judith lived for four years, until her death. Many miracles happened at her grave.
