St Mathurin also known as Saint Maturinus was a missionary priest.
He was born in the 3rd century AD in Larchant, France.
He died around 300 AD in Rome, Italy.
We celebrate his feast day on November 1 every year in the Catholic Church.

St Mathurin Biography
St. Mathurin was raised a pagan and his father was even commissioned to persecute Christians.
He was converted at age 12 and became a priest at age 20 after ordination by Saint Polycarp. He was a zealous evangelist in the region and even converted his parents.
His tradition of dealing with the possessed led to his heritage of patronage of the mentally ill.
