St. Philip of Heraclea Biography
St. Philip of Heraclea was a bishop of Heraclea in Turkey. He was arrested with several others during the persecutions of Diocletian and ordered to destroy the sacramentals. When he refused he was martyred. A copy of the court proceedings against him has survived to today.
