Saint Pierre Rose Ursule Dumoulin Borie Biography
Saint Pierre Rose Ursule Dumoulin Borie was also known as Peter Dumoulin-Borie. He Learned at the theological school of the Paris Foreign Missions Society, starting in 1829.
Appointed in 1832. Teacher to Tonkin (present-day Vietnam). Captured for his confidence in 1836. During his two years in jail, where he was routinely beaten and tormented, he was selected main priest and vicar missional of western Tonkin.
