St. Sedulius Biography
St. Sedulius left Ireland to form a school of poetry in Athens after he wrote a poem by the name Carmen Paschale. It is doubted that he might have been a disciple of Saint Ailbhe. In 494 AD, an order of the first Roman Council contained a phrase he had written for his praise.
