Short Story About the Power of Jesus as the Ambassador of God the Father
Pastor Thomas had been living a double life for years. On Sundays, he preached passionately, urging his congregation to live according to the teachings of Jesus Christ. But behind closed doors, he lived a life of sin, indulging in vices that he preached against from the pulpit.
In his heart, he didn’t believe that Jesus Christ was the true Son of God. He thought that Jesus was just another false prophet, a myth propagated by a group of people to control others.
One day, Pastor Thomas was attending a pastors’ seminar, and there was a session for praying to Jesus Christ for the sick to get healing.
He didn’t believe that anyone would get healed, but he went through the motions anyway, just to keep up appearances.

To his surprise, Pastor Thomas felt a surge of faith rising up within him. He began to pray with all his heart, believing that this woman could be healed. Suddenly, the woman opened her eyes and sat up, completely healed.
As he watched the miracle unfold before his eyes, Pastor Thomas felt a deep sense of shame and remorse. He realized that he had been living a lie, pretending to be a pastor just for the money. But now, he knew that he had to change his ways.
From that day on, Pastor Thomas began to live a life of true faith and devotion. He became a firm believer that Jesus Christ is our Lord and Saviour.
He started to preach the Gospel with renewed passion and zeal, and he worked tirelessly to help those in need.
He knew that he could never fully make up for his past mistakes, but he was determined to do everything he could to make amends.
