Bl. Andreas Murayama Tokuan was also known as Andrew Toukan. He was a layman member of the Confraternity of the Holy Rosary in the Archdiocese of Nagasaki, Japan.
Andreas was arrested for housing missionaries and offered freedom if he could deny Christianity. He declined and was killed.
