Blessed’s Biography
Bl Anthony Middleton was the son of Ambrose Middleton of Barnard Castle. He studied at the English College at Rheims, France on 9 January 1582 and Ordained on 30 May 1586. Anthony returned home to minister to covert Catholics in London and got arrested for the crime of being a Priest. He was hanged, drawn and quartered on 6 May 1590 in London, England.
