Blessed Marian Konopinski Life History
The Blessed Marianus Konopinski was born in 1907 and was a secular priest in the Archdiocese of Poznan.
He was the chaplain of the congregation “The Holy Archangels” in Poznan and at the same time he studied social science at the university there.
After his arrest in September 1939, he came to various prisons and ended up in the Dachau concentration camp in Bavaria, Germany, which had a special department for imprisoned Catholic clergy.
He died on January 1, 1943 as a result of the pseudomedical experiments he was subjected to.
