Biography
Blessed Nicholas Spira, the child of a legal counselor, Nicholas got a decent education and wound up known as a decent administrator. A Premonstratensian priest at the religious community of Grimbergen, Brabant, Flanders (in present-day Belgium). He filled in as sub-earlier, at that point earlier, and afterward was picked abbot in 1543. Noted for his dedication to the Eucharist and the Liturgy. He was constrained from his religious community in 1566 when Protestants torched it.
