Bl. Roger Filcock Biography
Bl. Roger Filcock was educated at Rheims in France and in Valladolid in Spain. He was ordained in Valladolid in 1597 AD and returned to England in 1598 to minister to convert Catholics. He later became a Jesuit and a friend of St. Anne Line.
He was arrested and condemned for the crime of being a priest. He died together with Saint Anne Line and Blessed Mark Barkworth. Considered as one of the martyrs of England, Scotland and Wales.
