Blessed Jane of Orvieto Biography
Blessed Jane of Orvieto, born to a poor family and orphaned at the age of five. Worked as a seamstress and embroiderer. As a young woman, she refused the marriage and became a Dominican in the Italian Orvieto. Visionary, prophet, known for a life of deep prayer; respected miracle worker and stigmatizer.
