Blessed Wladyslaw Goral was born on May 1898 in Stoczek, Lubelskie, Poland. On December 18, 1920, was bishop of Lublin, Poland and titular bishop of Meloë in Isauria on August 10, 1938. He died on April 1945 in Sachsenhausen-Oranienburg, Oberhavel, Germany.
