Biography
Saint Eugene of Carthage, bishop of Carthage, North Africa in 481. Ousted to the desert of Tripoli with a significant number of his parishioners, some of them kids, by Arian Vandals. They were permitted to return in 488, however Eugene was ousted again in 496, and he in the long run settled in Albi, Italy.
