Biography
Saint Alexius of Rome, the only child of a well off Christian Roman congressperson. The young fellow needed to commit himself to God, however his folks organized a marriage for him. On his big day his fiancee consented to discharge him and let him pursue his job. He fled his parent’s home camouflaged as a poor person, and lived almost a congregation in Syria. A dream of Our Lady at the congregation brought up out as astoundingly sacred, considering him the “Righteous man”. This attracted regard for him, which made him come back to Rome, Italy where he would not be known.
He came as a bum to his own home. His folks did not remember him, yet were caring to all poor people, and let him remain there. Alexis lived for a long time in a corner under the stairs, supplicating, and instructing questioning to little kids. At his passing a concealed voice was heard to broadcast him ‘The Man of God’, and a short time later his family found a note on his body which disclosed to them his identity and how he had carried on with his life of repentance from the day of his wedding up to that point, for hell’s sake.
