St Atto of Pistoia, also known as Atho, Attho, or Attone was the Catholic bishop of Pistoia and abbot of Vallombrosa. He was born in 1070 AD in Beja, Portugal and died on May 22 1153 at the age 83 in Pistoia, Italy. We celebrate his feast day on May 22 every year in the Catholic Church.
