Biography
Saint Claudius of Troyes, a Roman officer in the army of Aurelius. Received St. Julia of Troyes as a slave and war booty. She asked him not to rape, offered to serve him elsewhere, and promised to pray for him; what was moved to spare her, what did that mean? When Julia was martyred in the persecution of Aurelius, Claudius made a public confession of his own faith. Martyr. No other information is available.
