Saint Condedus Biography

Saint Wendelin was also known as Wendolinus. No other information about the saint has survived to date. Ruler of Scotland, the child of King Forchado and Queen Irelina. Instructed by the nearby cleric, Wendelin chose to surrender life in the regal family, and dedicate himself to God. Dressed as a traveller, Wendelin left his palace home amidst the night and left the common life behind.
