Saint Biography
Edisto was Born to the imperial Roman nobility. Soldier. Equerry to emperor Nero. Convert, baptized by Saint Peter the Apostle. Betrayed by a servant for the crime of being a Christian during the persecutions of Nero, Edisto was captured by soldiers during a covert Mass with four other congregants.
