Saint Leonardus van Veghel, a priest of the bishopric of Utrecht, Netherlands. Martyred by Calvinists for “papism” and his confidence in the Real Presence in the Eucharist. One of the Martyrs of Gorkum. One of nineteen saints murdered by Calvinists for steadfastness to the Pope and for their faith in the Real Presence in the Eucharist.
