Saint Manuel Moralez was born on February 8, 1898, in Mexico. He was a seminary teacher at first but had to quit to support the family. Manuel became a baker, married and had three children. An exemplary husband and father and secretary in the circle of Catholic workers. Secretary of the publication Leon XIII. Secretary of the Circle of Catholic Workers. Member of Catholic Action (ACJM). President of the National League for the Defense of Religious Liberty (LNDLR).
The organization held a meeting On 29 July 1929, where Morales spoke, emphasizing the peaceful, non-political aims and methods of the group. So after soldiers arrested the members and accused them of plotting an armed revolt against the government.
