St. Maximus of Aquila Biography
St. Maximus of Aquila was also known as Maximus of Aveia. Brought up in a devout family, Maximus turned into an ardent minister at Aveia, Italy. He sought to the brotherhood, yet his open and unashamed Christianity prompted him being detained, tormented and executed during the mistreatments of Decius.
