St Ultan was the Bishop of Ardbraccan, Ireland. He was renowned for his care for the poor, the sick, and the orphans.

He is thought to be the one who collected the writings of Saint Brigid of Ireland because they illustrated his own manuscripts. He died of natural causes in 657 AD and is the patron saint of children.

St Candida was an elderly woman in Naples, Italy who was healed of an illness by Saint Peter the Apostle. She was baptized by Peter and converted and, in turn, brought Saint Aspren of Naples to the faith. She died of natural causes in 78 AD.
