Saint’s Biography

Saint Quiteria was the nine daughters of a Roman governor in Braga and his wife Calsia. Quiteria first lived in the mountains, then toured a large part of Hispania and even reached the south of Gaul.

She later became a nun and was killed not only for her belief but also because she was a woman.
