St. Romano of Antioch Biography
St. Romano of Antioch was also known as Romanus. He was a deacon in Caesarea. Lectured openly against Christians giving up to icons as an approach to coexist with agnostic royal specialists.
For this he was detained, tormented, his tongue cut and martyred in the mistreatments of Diocletian.
