Biography
Blessed Bibiana Mun Yeong-in was a member of the Korean royal court. She converted to Catholicism and was martyred for it in the apostolic vicariate of Korea. Bl. Bibiana was among eight other Christians martyred for their faith. During the long and drawn persecutions in Korea. Born in 1776 in Seoul, South Korea. Worked there as a laywoman. She died at the Small West Gate, Seoul, South Korea on July 2, 1801. Beatified by Pope Francis on August 15, 2014.
