Blessed’s Biography
Blessed James was born in 1285 in Cerqueto, Italy. Known as a preacher and miracle worker. Some say it was his prayers they were allowed on certain occasions to wear a white suit in honor of the Virgin Mary.
Bl. James of Cerqueto Death
He died on April 17, in the Church of Saint Augustine in Perugia, Italy of natural causes. Because of the number of miracles in his grave, he was re-interred in 1754.
