Blessed’s Biography

Blessed Pierina Morosini was born to a poor family of eight children in 1931. She trained as a tailor and worked at a factory at 15. Pierina had made a vow of chastity to God and considered the religious life. She continued to live at home to help her mother take care of the remaining children. One day as the 26 years old was returning home from work, she got attacked by a would-be rapist he stoned her to death for refusing to compile with him.
