Blessed Thomas Pilcher Biography

Blessed Thomas Pilcher was born in 1557 AD in Battle, East Sussex, England. He studied at Balliol College, Oxford, England. He then converted to Catholicism. Thomas studied at Douai College, Rheims, France. He was ordained a priest at Laon, France in 1583. He then went back to England to minister to covert Catholics in Hampshire and Dorset. Thomas was finally arrested and condemned to death for the crime of being a priest.
