Bl Villanus of Gubbio was born in Gubbio, Italy. He joined the monastery of Fonte-Avellana, Italy as a Benedictine monk. Later in life Bl. Villanus became a priest then bishop of GubbioItaly in 1206. He died in 1237 of natural causes.
