Blessed William Vives Life History

Blessed William Vives was a prior of the mercedarian convent of Barcelona, ​​Blessed Guglielmo Vives, despite being a peaceful and very humble man, had to deal with the abusive interference with energy and without reason of the bishop to visit his monastery.

In 1401 he had to send the priest Bartolomeo Celforés, as an informant to Rome, and spend the large amount of 3,000 gold florins, to solve the question.
