Saint’s Biography
Saints Agape had two sisters Chione, and Irene. She was born in Italy. St. Agape became orphaned at a young age and turned down suitors remaining faithful to Jesus Christ. Saint Agape Convicted of possessing the Scriptures burned in 303. It was in Greece where she dies when refusing the governor sexual advances. Soldiers in Thessalonica tired to strip naked saint Agape but could not as clothes had stuck to her body. Later order came for her to be burned alive. Saint Agape, Chionia, and Irene died as Virgin martyrs who died in 304.
