Biography
Saint Jeanne-Marie Kerguin, Jeanne-Marie experienced childhood in a poor laborer mountain family. Her mom kicked the bucket when Giovanna was very youthful, and she was compelled to assume control over the family errands for the family. With her home commitments satisfied, she joined the Franciscan Missionaries of Mary in 1887, taking the name Marie Santa Natalia. There she cheerfully dedicated herself completely to an actual existence of petition and commitment to the least complex and most modest errands of her home.
She was doled out first to Paris, France, at that point to Carthage in North Africa. She experienced medical issues and was sent to Rome, Italy to recuperate. There she addressed the call of her Order to function as a preacher. She touched base in China in March 1899 and was very quickly hospitalized for a while with typhus. Her fleeting vocation finished during a crackdown on outside ministers during the Boxer Rebellion. One of the Martyrs of Shanxi and the Martyrs of China.
