Saint,s Biography
Saint Macarius of Antioch was born in Pisidia Turkey and was a bishop. He resigned from the office and traveled west as a pilgrim and traveled through Palestine, Dalmatia, Bavaria, and other areas. He Captured by the Saracens, but escaped and traveled through Europe and performed miracles.
St. Macarius of Antioch Death
Macarius died in 1012 of the plague that ravaged the country( Belgium of the plague).
