Bl. Maria Anna Sala Biography

Bl. Maria Anna Sala was the daughter of Giovanni and Giovannina Sala; the fifth of eight kids in a devout family. Instructed in the religious community school by the Sisters of Saint Marcellina in Vimercate, Italy.

She needed to join the Sisters, however, her family required her assistance, and Maria returned home. In 1848, her family commitments satisfied, she came back to the Sisters and made her calling on September 13 1852.

Throughout the following four decades, she instructed at the Marcellina schools in Cernusco, Chambery, Genoa, and Milan. Determined to have throat malignant growth in 1883, she hushed up about the issue and kept on working for an additional eight years.

All through the beatification examination and acknowledgement everybody included focused on Maria’s peaceful pride and her relentless dedication to Christ regardless of how serious her torment or attempting her conditions.
