12 Amen, amen, I say to you, whoever believes in me will do the works that I do, and will do greater ones than these, because I am going to the Father.
13 And whatever you ask in my name, I will do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
14 If you ask anything of me in my name, I will do it.” – John 14:12-14

Catholic Readings for Today

Today’s Bible Quote Inspiration – John 14:12-14

Jesus is the only Way we can use to reach heaven. Today He continues to assure us that we have Him always by our side.

God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit only needs to be glorified by us. This is the reason Jesus tells us that for the Father to be glorified in the Son, we need to believe in Him, do the works that He did on earth and finally ask anything in His name.

Whatever we ask of Jesus in His name will be granted to us. This emphasizes the need for constant and persistent prayer life.

In prayer, we should
# Seek forgiveness,
# Petition for our needs and Intercede for others too,
# Give thanks to God,adore and glorify Him

So, today, we learn that when we believe in Jesus Christ and do His works, whatever we ask for in His name will be granted and the Father in Heaven will be glorified. Amen.
